7. Payment and Cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed, all services are subject to agreed pricing and payment terms. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less notice may be charged in full.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Windwise Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Windwise Consulting harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from your misuse of our website or services, or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or end your access to our services for any violation of these Terms or other misuse, without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under this legal framework.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. If that fails, disputes shall be handled by binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
